  • You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
  • Your order is only confirmed once it has been dispatched.
  • If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and refund any payment made.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
  • Prices and product specifications may change without notice.
  • Stock availability cannot be guaranteed.
  • In the case of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Payments

All online payments are securely processed through Paystack.

  • We do not store or have access to your card details.
  • Payments are encrypted and securely processed.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must comply with our Returns Policy.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock issues, a full refund will be issued.
  • Customer-initiated cancellations may be subject to a 10% administration fee.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

All products are used at the customer’s own risk. Moorland Manor is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of products or from issues arising after goods have been handed over to the delivery provider.
