At Moorland Manor, we carefully curate and produce limited quantities of each style. To ensure fairness to all customers, we have outlined the following return and exchange policy.
1. Returns Eligibility
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- Items are unworn and unused
- Items are in their original condition
- All tags and original packaging are intact

Please note:
Returns and exchanges are processed via courier only. We do not currently accept returns at any physical location.
2. Exchanges
To request an exchange:
- Email moorland.manor@gmail.com to arrange collection.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of your invoice.
- Indicate the style and size you would like as a replacement.
